Monthly Coaching
Our most hands-on coaching option. One-to-one coaching is for anyone looking to take their fueling game to the next level, all whilst fostering a healthy and positive relationship with food.
You’ll receive the tools, support and accountability to fuel and nourish your body, smash your goals, and feel confident and empowered with your nutrition!
This includes:
- 45 minute Initial consultation
- Custom nutrition plan tailored to match your needs, goals, lifestyle, etc.
- Supplement guidance and management where applicable
- Weekly Lessons & education
- Weekly Check-Ins via app for feedback and plan adjustments
- Monthly video call or ‘progress reviews’ to ensure we’re on track towards your goals!
- Accountability, guidance, and motivation to help you reach your goals!
*Minimum 8 weeks commitment. This plan is made for this who are willing and ready to create sustainable habits. Option to continue month to month after the initial 8 weeks.

Consultation
A 45-minute, one-on-one online consultation designed to assess your current nutrition, explore your unique goals and challenges, and provide you with personalized, evidence-based guidance. Together, we’ll work on fueling your body to boost performance, support health, and foster a positive mindset around food.
You’ll receive:
- A customized nutrition plan tailored to your goals, needs, and preferences, including training nutrition, easy meal and snack ideas.
- Practical insights on nourishing your body to enhance recovery, optimize performance, and support you in both training and daily life.
-Compassionate guidance to help build a more positive relationship with food, exercise, and body image.
- Tools to create healthy, sustainable habits that make nutrition enjoyable and realistic for the long term!

One-off Individual or Comp Day Plan
If you:
1 - Want to take the thinking out of your nutrition
2 - Ensure you are fueling properly for a training goal or upcoming competition/event
Then this is the plan for you. You’ll receive a detailed, individualized nutrition plan tailored specifically towards your goals, needs, and preferences.
This may include any of the following: macro/calorie calculation, meal plan, comp/race day meal plans, recipe ideas, training snack ideas, and other applicable resources!

In-app support enables seamless communication between you and your coach, with guidance and motivation whenever you need it.
Optional Body Composition Assessment
Gain insights into your body composition with our anthropometry service. Tracking these metrics over time provides a reliable method for assessing the effectiveness of your nutritional interventions, as well as the role that your body composition plays in performance. (Available for an additional cost)
Commitment Structure
An initial 8-week commitment, transitioning to a rolling contract for sustained support.
